Head of Business Development – IoT Solutions

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IoT and related technology markets.
- Build, nurture, and manage relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the business development team to ensure performance excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, marketing, operations) to deliver client-centric solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (preferably in IoT, Telecom, or Technology sectors).
- Strong network in corporate and enterprise markets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
