Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented TikTok Shop Specialist to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of TikTok Shop operations, product research, campaign management, and influencer collaborations. You will be responsible for driving sales by managing product listings, optimizing campaigns, and growing brand presence on TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on TikTok Shop.
  • Research and identify trending products with high sales potential.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase sales and visibility.
  • Collaborate with TikTok influencers/creators for promotions and partnerships.
  • Monitor account health, performance metrics, and campaign results.
  • Analyze competitors, trends, and customer behavior to refine strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and guidelines.
  • Stay updated with TikTok Shop updates, features, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in TikTok Shop or e-commerce marketplace management.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok marketing trends and e-commerce strategies.
  • Experience with product research, influencer marketing, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Job Details:

  • Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi, Pakistan
  • Shift Timing: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
  • Experience Required: 1–2 years
