We're Hiring: E-commerce Website Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced
E-commerce Website Operations Manager
to lead and grow our standalone cross-border e-commerce website. This role will be responsible for driving GMV, profitability, and overall site performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, sales goals, and user-experience improvements to increase conversion rate and average order value.
  • Lead customer-acquisition marketing, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and content ecosystem development.
  • Plan and manage sitewide promotions, product launches, major campaigns, and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Use data tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor KPIs, generate business insights, and support product, inventory, and marketing decisions.
  • Research global market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and reduce risks.
  • Collaborate with product and supply chain teams and lead the operations team toward performance targets.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing cross-border e-commerce independent sites; experience with hardware tools is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Google/Facebook advertising, SEO, and data analysis tools.
  • Highly self-driven, results-oriented, with excellent logical thinking and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Strong English reading and writing skills.
