Monitoring & Support Engineer

We're looking for Monitoring & Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 support for WSO2 services, monitor performance with tools like WSO2 Analytics, ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana, and handle incident response/escalation. Candidates should have 2–4 years of IT operations or support experience, familiarity with WSO2 stack & monitoring tools, basic knowledge of APIs/IAM, and the ability to work in 24/7 support rotations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1/L2 support for WSO2 services (API Manager, MI, IS).
  • Monitor performance and availability using WSO2 Analytics, ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
  • Handle incident response and escalation as per SLAs.
  • Maintain logs, alerts, and reports for service health.
  • Assist developers and DevOps teams in debugging issues.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT operations or support, preferably with middleware.
  • Familiarity with WSO2 stack and monitoring tools.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, integration flows, and IAM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in 24/7 support rotations.
