About Us

We are building a robust healthcare / clinical platform and support infrastructure. We require a capable Odoo + Networking / IT Specialist who can design, deploy, maintain, and integrate Odoo systems, while also managing local networking infrastructure and supporting systems operations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain local network infrastructure: switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing, network segmentation, and network security.
• Monitor and manage network performance, availability, redundancy, fault tolerance, connectivity, and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead full-cycle implementation of Odoo: install, configure standard modules, customize or build custom modules, migrate data, and integrate with external systems.
• Develop integration modules or connectors to link Odoo with other internal systems (via APIs, webhooks, data synchronization).
• Maintain and optimize Odoo database (PostgreSQL): schema design, indexing, query optimization, performance tuning, backup and restore.
• Deploy and maintain Odoo instances, ensuring secure configuration, monitoring, logging, system health, and automated backups.
• Collaborate with software development team to align Odoo workflows with main system functionalities (e.g. CRM, billing).
• Troubleshoot issues across network, server, and application layers related to Odoo or infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation: network diagrams, configuration guides, integration specifications, operational procedures, runbooks.
• Monitor system logs, resource usage, performance metrics; propose and implement improvements and upgrades.
• Ensure security best practices for Odoo and network infrastructure: secure access, updates, patching, access control, encryption of sensitive data.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with
  Odoo implementation and customization

(versions 12 to 17 or equivalent)
- Strong proficiency in
Python

, Odoo's ORM and module development
- Solid experience with
PostgreSQL

: schema design, performance tuning, migrations
- Hands-on expertise in IT networking: firewalls, routing, VPNs, VLANs, switches, network security
- Experience in server / system administration (Linux environment)
- Knowledge of integration techniques: REST APIs, webhooks, data connectors, service orchestration
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across network and application layers
- Experience with backup / restore strategies, monitoring, logging tools
- Good documentation skills and ability to communicate technical designs and configurations clearly

Preferred / Plus Skills

• Experience integrating Odoo with third-party systems (e.g. billing, CRM, ERP, custom platforms)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) or orchestration
• Previous exposure to regulated environments, security compliance, data privacy
• Experience with Azure or cloud infrastructure operations
• Experience in healthcare or clinical software systems (though not mandatory)
• Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus)

Salary Range : 70,000 PKR - 95,000 PKR
