Job Summary

ABS International seeks a skilled Customer Support Representative for international night shift operations. Deliver exceptional service to global clients while developing your career in customer experience at our Karachi facility. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
  • Promote company products to enhance customer retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for efficient issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of international customer support experience.
  • Fluent English communication (verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Night shift availability for both schedule options.
  • Call center or BPO background preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: PKR 40,000 - PKR 45,000 per month.
