Job Summary
Deliver premium customer support to global clients during night shifts from ABS International's Karachi office. This role offers competitive compensation, secured transport services, and career growth opportunities in international customer service 7.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve international customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Develop strong client relationships to enhance customer retention.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain 90%+ CRM documentation accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer cases and escalations.
Requirements
- 1+ year customer service experience (international clients preferred).
- Professional English fluency: verbal and written (C1 level).
- Availability for both night shift schedules.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce or Zendesk ideal).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: PKR 40,000 - PKR 45,000 per month.
- Performance Bonuses: PKR 20,000 - PKR 30,000+ monthly.
