We're Hiring: Office Administrator (Onsite – Multan Office | Company Based in Spain)
We're looking for a skilled and responsible Office Administrator to handle daily operations, staff coordination, and office management tasks.
Our head office is in Spain, and we're expanding our administrative team in Multan
If you're organized, confident, and have excellent command of Microsoft Excel (including advanced formulas), this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and ensure workflow efficiency
Maintain employee attendance, in/out timings, and payroll records
Prepare and manage company invoices and monthly reports
Coordinate with team members and ensure timely task updates
Assist management in day-to-day administrative activities
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in office management or administration
Strong command of MS Excel and data reporting
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented personality
Onsite position – Multan Office
