About the job
Zervv is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and able to manage a mix of administrative and digital tasks. You will play a key part in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and provide general support.
- Design and edit simple visuals using Canva.
- Manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in MS Office.
- Maintain and update records in CRM tools.
- Organize and manage emails, including responding, prioritizing, and scheduling.
- Schedule and post basic social media content across platforms.
- Support with data entry, file organization, and generating reports.
- Perform other virtual assistant tasks as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Canva, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational skills with expertise in email management and task coordination.
- Familiarity with basic social media posting and scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Laptop/PC is also required.
