Position Overview:

Cybernet is looking for a dynamic and motivated Learning & Development Specialist
to join our Human Capital Management team. The role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about learning, employee engagement, and organizational development. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful training initiatives, employee growth, and overall workplace well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the L&OD Lead in planning, designing, and implementing training initiatives.
  • Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments.
  • Prepare engaging training decks, modules, and learning materials.
  • Develop and manage annual training calendars covering soft skills, technical programs, and well-being sessions.
  • Coordinate and implement employee well-being programs and initiatives.
  • Plan and oversee employee engagement activities.
  • Handle training operations including certification, attendance tracking, and reporting.
  • Facilitate smooth execution of on-site and virtual training sessions, ensuring logistical support.
  • Manage internal communication for training and development activities.
  • Ensure all L&OD initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LMS/virtual training platforms.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
