Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled
Business Development Manager
to drive our client acquisition and growth strategy. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills to interact with international clients, a proven track record of generating leads, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Generate high quality leads through research, networking, and outbound initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
  • Present company services confidently and tailor pitches to client needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline and business development activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English (must be confident in dealing with international clients).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Strong lead generation and deal closing skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self driven with the ability to work independently and hit targets.
  • Familiarity with marketing agency, SaaS, e-commerce will be a plus.
