Business Development Manager – Masterbatch Division

Job Description:

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand market share in the masterbatch and polymer industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive sales growth.
  • Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure timely customer support and product delivery.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the plastic or masterbatch sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Must be willing to travel within the region.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250, Rs320,000.00 per month
