Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic
Service Delivery Manager (SDM)
with a strong background in
Software Quality Assurance
to lead client engagements, oversee QA project delivery, and ensure service excellence. The ideal candidate will have
international client exposure
and experience working in a
service-based organization
, managing diverse teams and complex projects.

**Banking Domain exposure will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end QA service delivery across multiple international client projects.
  • Manage QA teams, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and SLAs are met.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for delivery updates, escalations, and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize delivery processes, resource planning, and performance.
  • Track KPIs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in QA delivery or project management roles.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
  • Proven experience in
    service-based environments
    with
    international client management
    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
