Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Designer with at least five years of professional experience in visual design and multimedia content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, a passion for branding, and the technical skills to create engaging digital and print marketing materials — including videos, presentations, and promotional content.

As a key member of the marketing and creative team, you will help shape the brand's visual identity and bring our products, campaigns, and digital experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce product promotional videos, animations, and brand visuals.
  • Create visually compelling brochures, pitch decks, and marketing collateral for internal and external use.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing platforms and materials.
  • Design presentations, digital ads, and campaign assets for web and social media.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate concepts into effective visual communication.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables align with the company's tone, messaging, and brand guidelines.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, digital marketing techniques, and emerging creative tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Designer, Visual Designer, or similar creative role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong ability to edit videos and create high-quality marketing content for digital channels.
  • Excellent understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print media.
  • Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or digital transformation industries.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, 3D visuals, or UI/UX principles.
  • Knowledge of social media ad design and video optimization best practices.

1pm to 10pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs250,000.00 per month
