We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide on-site support for customers, focusing on printer and photocopier troubleshooting, maintenance, and configuration on networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure HP and Xerox printing devices at client or office locations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware, print quality, and paper-handling issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and part replacements as per OEM standards.
  • Maintain detailed service logs, documentation, and inventory records.
  • Ensure timely response to breakdowns and adhere to preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims, escalations, and replacement parts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electronics, Electrical, Communication, or Computer Science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in printer and MFP maintenance and network configuration (preferable).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of printers and photocopiers.
  • Knowledge of Document Management System (DMS) and Managed Print Services (MPS) software.
