 Prepare and post customer invoices in ERP, ensuring all supporting documents are

collected, compiled, copied, and dispatched accurately.

 Conduct monthly customer reconciliations and resolve billing or payment discrepancies.

 Manage FBR e-invoicing and posting of sales data on FBR & PRA web portals.

 Process and record customer payments, debit/credit notes, and related entries.

 Work with sales tax data, ensuring accurate finalization and reporting.

 Reconcile general ledger and customer accounts to maintain data integrity.

 Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies.

Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role, preferably in an ERP-based environment

Skills: Strong command of MS Excel and hands-on ERP experience (mandatory)
