Fulcrum is looking for Admin Manager for one of our textile client based in Karachi.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee and streamline administrative operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and industry knowledge to ensure smooth day-to-day business support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the administration team to support business functions effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Manage office facilities, security, transport, and general services.
- Develop and implement cost-efficient processes for procurement and vendor management.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve administrative matters.
- Monitor budgets, control expenses, and prepare periodic reports for management.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of proven experience in Administration within the Textile or FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs650, Rs750,000.00 per month
