
Executive Assistant

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the CEO to provide executive-level support and ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with prior experience in the fintech or financial services sector being an advantage.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
1 - Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
2 - Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
3 - Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
4 - Conduct research and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
5 - Assist in managing projects and following up on deliverables with cross-functional teams.
6 - Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
7 - Support in organizing board meetings, drafting minutes, and tracking action items.
8 - Monitor industry trends and provide regular updates relevant to fintech and company growth.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
1 - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
2 - 1–3 years of experience in executive support, preferably within fintech or financial services.
3 - Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
4 - Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
5 - Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and manage multiple priorities.
6 - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.
7 - High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
