We're Hiring: Male HR Executive (Evening Shift)

Shift Timings: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Days: Monday to Friday

Location: PECHS Block 2

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily HR operations and employee queries.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and attendance.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support performance reviews and grievance handling.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently during evening shifts.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR-related software/tools.
