The ideal candidate
will possess strong accounting, organizational, and communication skills. They should be comfortable managing multiple clients and transactions simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and payroll processing
  • Generate and analyze financial reports to support business decisions
  • Assist clients with bookkeeping and QuickBooks-related queries
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
