Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Karachi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing the recruitment and selection process specifically for RSP, Design and Publication, and supporting current and future business needs. The HR Manager will also be responsible for promoting company values and encouraging a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs
  • Proven experience with recruitment and selection processes, including interviewing and hiring
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to foster positive relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Relevant experience in the software or technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
