Job Description (JD):

We are hiring an energetic Order Confirmation & Sales Executive to manage customer calls after order placement. The candidate will be responsible for confirming customer details, completing addresses, and convincing customers for add-on or upsell products during the call. A candidate should also be able to handle customer chats in professional English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call customers after order placement for confirmation.
  • Verify order details and ensure the delivery address is accurate.
  • Handle customer queries politely and professionally (via call & chat).
  • Persuade customers for upselling / add-on purchases.
  • Maintain proper records of confirmed and unconfirmed orders.
  • Share daily reporting with the team lead/manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Good communication skills in Urdu (for calls).
  • Good written English skills (for chat support).
  • Confident and persuasive tone on calls.
  • Previous experience in telesales / call center / e-commerce will be preferred.
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets.
  • Must be flexible with weekly offs (company off day will be on a rotational/random basis as per roster and business requirements).

  • Location: Next to Bank Alflah Islamic, nayapul stop, main canal road, Mughalpura, Lahore.
  • Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
  • Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Salary Range: PKR 30,000 + incentives
