Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Customer Support at located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The Ecommerce Customer Support will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries via email, live chat, and phone, providing technical support, processing orders and returns, and maintaining accurate customer records.

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
