We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our security personnel. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets while enforcing company policies and protocols. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents.


Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage security staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.

Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with security policies.

Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, and prepare detailed reports.

Monitor surveillance systems and access control systems.

Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and facility management as needed.

Train new security personnel on procedures, protocols, and safety regulations.

Maintain records of daily activities, incidents, and maintenance issues.

Enforce company rules, regulations, and policies.

Ensure security equipment is maintained and in proper working condition.

Lead and participate in investigations of thefts, accidents, or suspicious activities.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in a security or law enforcement role, with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory capacity.

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).

Valid security license or certification as required by local law.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.

Working knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).

Physical fitness and the ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
