-Resolve complex customer issues escalated by AI systems.
-Combine human expertise with AI capabilities to improve automation.
-Continuously enhance AI systems by closing knowledge gaps.
Requirements:
-3+ years in a technical customer support role.
-Strong experience with generative AI tools (beyond research or content use).
-Fast learner with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
