Overview of the role:

We are seeking a forward-thinking and experienced Head of People Innovation & Expertise to join our central People team.

This role is pivotal in architecting and scaling next-generation, AI-powered frameworks for talent development, performance enablement, succession planning, and total rewards across our ecosystem. As a forward-looking strategic leader, you will design agile, intelligence-driven, market-aligned systems that continuously learn, adapt, and scale—fueling high-performing, founder-ready teams while embedding our culture and values into every decision and experience.

Expectations from the role:

You will be accountable for shaping and scaling all core People domains—Performance & Growth, Succession & Talent, Capability Building, Total Rewards, and Employee Experience & Culture—through AI-enabled, data-driven, and future-ready frameworks. This role requires balancing strategic design with operational excellence, ensuring every system is intelligent, adaptive, and aligned to the unique needs of our ventures.

AI-Powered Performance & Growth

  • Architect performance management systems that leverage continuous feedback, predictive analytics, and generative insights to enable a high-performance, feedback-rich culture across all ventures.

Future-Ready Rewards & Compensation

  • Lead market benchmarking and design intelligent salary bands and compensation structures that ensure fairness, transparency, and competitiveness. Continuously evolve variable pay and equity models, tailoring them to the maturity, scale, and operating models of each venture.

Intelligent Succession & Talent Strategy

  • Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, and critical role calibration, using AI to forecast risks, surface hidden potential, and enable proactive career pathways.

Next-Gen Leadership & Capability Development

  • Develop leadership programs and capability-building interventions powered by adaptive learning platforms and AI-driven personalization to accelerate growth of high-potential and founder-ready talent.

Employee Experience & Culture Activation

  • Reinforce culture and values through AI-enabled listening tools, predictive engagement insights, and tailored interventions that enhance employee experience across geographies and ventures.

Governance, Compliance & Partnership

  • Ensure policies and frameworks remain compliant with global and local labor regulations, while embedding inclusion, equity, and future-proof practices. Partner closely with HRBPs to cascade talent, culture, and rewards strategies into venture-level execution.

Qualification and Experience:

Education:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience:
10–12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with proven expertise in performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent development. Prior experience in startups, technology firms, or innovation-led environments is highly desirable.
