Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused
Customer Support Representative
to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify recurring issues and communicate feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved and they are satisfied.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles (1–2 years preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and customer support tools.
  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
