ANAX Associates is a leading medical devices and surgical disposables company in Pakistan, representing the MedPro brand and multiple international healthcare partners. As we scale our operations and strengthen our internal systems, we are hiring a Finance Manager to oversee and streamline all financial operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.


• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, vendor reconciliations, and bank transactions.


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.


• Develop budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control for production and operations.


• Handle payroll processing, taxation, EOBI, and statutory compliance.


• Conduct financial analysis, cash flow planning, and forecasting to support strategic decisions.


• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities (DRAP/SECP).


• Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and compliance framework.


• Partner with CEO and department heads to support business planning and growth strategies.

Qualifications & Skills


• CA Qualified / ACCA / ICMA or equivalent finance degree.


• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.


• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems.


• Excellent analytical, reporting, and financial forecasting skills.


• Strong communication, integrity, and decision-making skills.
