Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Development Specialist to manage international sales and client relationships. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with at least 1 year of sales experience and a strong command of English. You will engage with overseas clients, identify global business opportunities, and drive international revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update international client and lead databases to ensure accurate records.
  • Independently schedule and conduct virtual/physical meetings with overseas clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new global business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct market research to understand international trends and competitors.
  • Manage end-to-end B2B international sales processes, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Address inquiries and provide after-sales support to international clients.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed global sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports on international sales performance and insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written English proficiency (mandatory for client communication).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in international or B2B sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with global sales strategies and CRM tools is an advantage.
