Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our international operations. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling all bookkeeping activities independently while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in all financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, sales, and receipts.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ledger management.
  • Ensure accurate entry of invoices, receipts, and payments into accounting software.
  • Assist in budget monitoring, expense control, and cash flow tracking.

Requirements

Proficiency in accounting software (Bookkeeper, QuickBooks, or any equivalent system).

Strong Excel and financial record management skills.

Understanding of international accounting processes and currency handling.

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

Ability to work remotely and meet reporting deadlines independently.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
