The Role
We're hiring a Digital Sales Manager – SEO, PPC & Web to lead business development and sales growth
from our new Lahore office. This role is hands-on: you'll prospect, pitch, and close deals while building
scalable sales processes that can grow with us.
You'll be selling to clients in the UK, USA, UAE, and Europe, so strong communication and international
sales experience are key. From outbound campaigns to negotiation, you'll own the sales cycle — with the
freedom and backing to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead outbound business development via phone, email, LinkedIn, and automated campaigns.
Identify, engage, and win clients in industries including medical, travel, and trade.
Build and manage a sales pipeline to hit and exceed revenue targets.
Work closely with SEO, PPC, and Web teams to craft compelling proposals and pitches.
Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to contract close.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across international markets.
Provide market insights and contribute to Hanji Dijital's global expansion strategy.
Act as the face of Hanji Dijital, delivering trust and value in every interaction.
What We're Looking For
4–5 years' experience in sales or business development within digital marketing or web development agencies.
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and Web solutions — with the ability to discuss technical aspects confidently.
Proven success in outbound sales campaigns and generating new business.
Experience working with international clients (UK, USA, UAE, Europe).
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to scale a sales function.
