Role Overview

We are seeking a
Senior Business Development Executive
with
3+ years of proven experience
in the
software development industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and closing deals that align with our company's vision and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in software development and related technology services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target markets, and competitive positioning.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and online platforms.
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline, opportunities, and results to leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    3+ years of proven business development experience
    in the
    software development/IT services industry
    .
  • Strong understanding of software development services (web apps, mobile apps, custom solutions, SaaS, AI/ML, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
