Role Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Business Development Executive
with
3+ years of proven experience
in the
software development industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and closing deals that align with our company's vision and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in software development and related technology services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target markets, and competitive positioning.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and online platforms.
- Provide regular reports on pipeline, opportunities, and results to leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum
3+ years of proven business development experience
in the
software development/IT services industry
. - Strong understanding of software development services (web apps, mobile apps, custom solutions, SaaS, AI/ML, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
