--Summary--
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, final settlements of leavers, and benefits such as EOBI, provident fund, health insurance, and fuel card. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Payroll and Benefits Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, as well as providing exceptional support to employees and management.
--Responsibilities--
- Manage payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and reconciliations
- Finalize settlements of leavers, including preparation of final pay slips and payment processing
- Administer benefits, including EOBI, provident fund, health insurance, and fuel card
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee payroll and benefits data
- Provide exceptional support to employees and management on payroll and benefits-related matters
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
--Requirements--
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting or human resources
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and company policies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Monday - Friday
Work hours:
6pm – 3am PKT (Night shift)
Gross salary (USD):
$400 - $450
