Key Responsibilities :

  • Record daily sales, purchases, expenses, and petty cash transactions.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers for accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Reconcile daily cash, bank deposits, and POS collections.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements.
  • Monitor cash flow and report any shortages or variances.
  • Verify supplier invoices, GRNs, and supporting documents before posting.
  • Maintain vendor ledgers and ensure timely payments.
  • Assist in preparing monthly salary sheets and statutory deductions.
  • Prepare monthly P&L summaries, expense reports, and cash flow statements.
  • Share weekly sales vs. expense summaries with management.
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.
  • Prepare documents and support internal/external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with financial SOPs and company policies.
  • Work on Odoo/ERP finance modules.
  • Assist with process improvements and automation tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (retail industry preferred).
