We're Hiring: Key Accounts Executive

Location: Gulshan-e-Jamal

Shift: Afternoon or Evening

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate project tasks across internal teams (designers, developers, writers, etc.)
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
  • Draft and send client updates, proposals, and follow-up communications
  • Identify upselling opportunities and suggest additional services to clients
  • Assist in preparing performance reports and project status summaries
  • Maintain well-organized documentation (files, briefs, communication logs)
  • Research job posts on Upwork and support with proposal writing and formatting
  • Track client feedback and help implement improvements across accounts

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
  • Experience with platforms like Upwork (Mandatory)
  • Previous account management or client servicing experience is a bonus
