QA Executive – Role Overview

Position: Quality Assurance Executive (Sales – Call & Text Monitoring)

Reports To: QA Manager

Department: Quality Control

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calibration Owner:
  • Lead calibration sessions with sales, QA, and training teams to align expectations on quality standards.
  • Process Optimizer:

Identify gaps and suggest improvements in sales scripts, objection handling, and communication flows.Document and report quality deviations, compliance breaches, and training needs proactively.Analyze agent performance trends based on call/text audits and support the sales team with actionable insights.Deep-dive into both verbal and written sales interactions to evaluate effectiveness, accuracy, and persuasion quality.
