Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us generate new clients and projects from freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, and others. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bidding, proposal writing, client communication, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, optimize, and maintain company profiles on major freelancing platforms
- Actively search and bid on relevant projects to generate consistent business.
- Write tailored, professional proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Negotiate terms, budgets, and timelines with clients to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, SEO, content, etc.) to ensure project delivery aligns with commitments.
- Track, analyze, and report performance on bidding success rate, conversion, and ROI.
- Stay updated with freelancing marketplace trends, competition, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in winning projects via Upwork, Fiverr, or similar freelancing platforms.
- Strong communication and proposal writing skills in English.
- Good understanding of IT, marketing, design, or accounting-related services (depending on your niche).
