Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to lead and grow strategic partnerships with OEMs and key business partners. You will play a vital role in driving collaborative opportunities, securing commercial advantages, and aligning partner efforts with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships with OEMs and channel partners
- Secure competitive pricing, marketing support, and exclusive deals
- Monitor partner performance: sales, KPIs, lead times, and product availability
- Lead joint initiatives including marketing campaigns, training, and events
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, procurement, catalogue) for strategic alignment
- Identify and onboard high-potential products and technologies
- Resolve partner issues and communication gaps efficiently
- Analyze partnership data to uncover growth opportunities and performance insights
Requirements:
- 3–5 years' experience in OEM/vendor/channel management
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and analytics
- Background in tech, hardware, or procurement environments is preferred
Success Indicators:
- Growth in OEM-driven sales
- Shorter lead-to-market timelines

- Increased deal registrations and certifications
- Successful execution of partner webinars and events
