Business Developer – Upwork Bidding

We are seeking a Business Developer with proven Upwork bidding experience who can effectively use the platform to generate new business and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on high-potential projects daily
- Source and bid on at least 10 relevant projects within 3 hours
- Customize proposals to maximize client engagement and response rates
Performance Requirements
- Achieve 3–4 positive responses from clients daily
- Successfully close at least 1 deal per day
Experience Required
- 3–4 years of experience in Upwork bidding and lead conversion (Preferred)
- Proven track record in business development and closing deals
- Strong communication and proposal writing skills
- Experience in training and team management is a plus
- Proficiency in English (Preferred)
Contract & Payment Details
- Trial Period: 3–5 days (unpaid)
- Compensation: $100–$200/week (performance-based)
- Payment: Biweekly
- Job Type: Contract (Remote)
