Business Developer – Upwork Bidding

We are seeking a Business Developer with proven Upwork bidding experience who can effectively use the platform to generate new business and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and bid on high-potential projects daily
  • Source and bid on at least 10 relevant projects within 3 hours
  • Customize proposals to maximize client engagement and response rates

Performance Requirements

  • Achieve 3–4 positive responses from clients daily
  • Successfully close at least 1 deal per day

Experience Required

  • 3–4 years of experience in Upwork bidding and lead conversion (Preferred)
  • Proven track record in business development and closing deals
  • Strong communication and proposal writing skills
  • Experience in training and team management is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (Preferred)

Contract & Payment Details

  • Trial Period: 3–5 days (unpaid)
  • Compensation: $100–$200/week (performance-based)
  • Payment: Biweekly
  • Job Type: Contract (Remote)
