Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic and ambitious International Sales Professionals to join our team at KoderTal. The role requires individuals with a passion for global business development, strong communication skills, and the ability to build sustainable relationships with clients across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across global markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct international market research to analyze customer needs, competitors, and trends.
- Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, HR, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Represent KoderTal at international events, client meetings, and trade shows.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 1–3 years of proven international sales/business development experience (technology, services, or IT industry experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of international sales cycles and client management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in English.
