We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Performance Manager---Facebook and TikTok Ads to join our team. As a key part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising ads on both platforms to drive engagement, conversions, and lead generation. This role requires a proven track record in managing successful campaigns and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimise high-performing lead generation and e-commerce ads on Facebook and TikTok.
  • Develop engaging ad copy and creatives tailored for each platform.
  • Analyse data and adjust strategies to optimise performance and ensure maximum ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and platform changes on Facebook and TikTok.
  • Report on campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure all ads are compliant with platform policies.
  • Use AI tools and creative software to generate innovative ad visuals and copy.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience managing lead generation and e-commerce ads on Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads with a strong portfolio of past campaigns.
  • Experience required 5 years.
  • Deep understanding of data analysis and the ability to optimise campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
  • Creative thinking for developing compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos.
  • Proficiency in creative tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, CapCut, or similar for ad creation.
  • Experience using AI tools for ad creation and optimisation.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage ad budgets effectively while achieving ROAS goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Non-negotiable).
  • In-depth knowledge of trends and changes in Facebook and TikTok advertising.

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Experience with e-commerce and led gen ads
  • It would be great to hear about your past campaigns and the ROAS you've achieved.
