Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta, Google & LinkedIn Ads Expert)

Key Responsibilities

1) Plan, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.

2) Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PPC) campaigns.

Plan, manage, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns for B2B and professional clients.

3) Develop content calendars tailored to client goals and strategies.

4) Prepare and present monthly analytical reports for clients, highlighting campaign performance, ROI, and actionable insights.

5) Implement and track performance marketing strategies to maximize conversions and ROI.

6) Manage and grow client social media pages (posting, engagement, optimization).

7) Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in digital advertising and social media marketing.

Requirements

1) Proven experience in Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads campaign management.

2) Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.

3) Experience in content planning & calendar creation.

4) Ability to create data-driven reports with clear insights.

5) Hands-on experience with social media page handling.

6) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7) Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

8) Google Ads, Meta Blueprint & LinkedIn Ads certifications (a plus).

9) Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, HubSpot, or similar.

10) Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
