Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan Systems Limited Full time $30,000 - $60,000 per year

Systems Limited is looking for a Consumer Insights & Analytics Lead to contribute to the Area's strategic decision-making process through providing actionable insights derived from analysis and correlation of multiple data sources. The role will be instrumental in highlighting areas of opportunity and/or gaps that the business can addresses to improve on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic direction of the Insights function to drive the DRBU Ambitions
  • Provide the company with continuous, objective, relevant information, analysis, and advice to bring about end-to-end consumer journey evaluations (online to offline analytics)
  • Drive actionable insights & make business recommendations through analysis of various digital and offline channels & campaign initiatives while overlaying past learning, consumer insights & competitor analysis/tracking
  • Understand current state and required change management to deliver best practices recommendations and Global process adherence.
  • Lead the implementation of RACIs aligned with the commercial teams
  • Work across the DRBU teams to drive required synergies across the E2E
  • Set up winning team culture, ensuring good synergies and amalgamation with the commercial units.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to innovate and improve processes to bring efficiencies.
  • Work actively with the comm & transformation team to track, monitor, and report progress of the project on a regular cadence; and ensure on-the-go interventions to address any challenges and gaps.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic PIRs and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Insights & Foresight team members to drive a holistic consumer analysis that goes beyond digital. Provides insight reports for launches/campaigns with clear actionable business recommendations
  • Drive enhancements of current data & constantly explore new data sources/analytics tools
  • Investigate data available in databases, either internally or externally and find ways to expand current database.
  • Lead the analysis, deployment, and maintenance of statistical models for insights generation
  • Work with technical teams in building best practice solutions for presentation of data for self-serve purposes to senior stakeholders
  • Drive the integrated insights and data led recommendations to critical forums for the key decision making on medium to long term planning
  • Building strong and positive team relationships across Markets and DRBU with focus on high standard of delivery and value-added business partnering.
  • Provide functional and leadership interventions to develop and manage talent pipeline.
  • Engagement with other key stakeholders in the DRBU including Category teams, insights & foresights, deployment/ CX etc to understand company plans, initiatives and building blocks where applicable.

Requirements

  • 8 + years of work experience in Research & Insights Digital Marketing / Data / Analytics / Digital Agencies, senior stakeholder management and project management in a large-scale organisation
  • 3+ years in Leadership roles managing teams

  • Experience with Insights generation through Online and offline data

  • Digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Targeting, Sprinklr, PowerBI, Salesforce.
  • Marketing acumen with awareness of global digital marketing trends & capabilities.
  • Strong analytical focus to leverage information to support the decision-making process within the business.
  • Strong commercial awareness and strong understanding of consumer behaviour alongstrategy and business model
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with senior and other levels of staff in all departments and companies both within the Group and externally.
  • Ability to present data in a structured framework that goes beyond numbers into actionable insights
  • Understand business objectives and design analytics models to discover prospective consumer

  • Hands-on experience in Interpreting data, formulating reports, and making recommendations.
  • Embed new initiatives and technologies in day-to-day activities
  • Timely delivery of quality insight reports for digital touchpoints, launches & campaigns
  • Ability to drive clarities & getting buy-ins from stakeholders
  • Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics / Power BI certification preferred
  • Experience in SQL or Enterprise data platforms preferred
