Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cybersecurity Expert, located in Gujranwala. The Cybersecurity Expert will be responsible for safeguarding the security of the call center's digital infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring network and application security, implementing security measures, conducting risk assessments, and responding to security incidents. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with information security protocols and leading security operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Cybersecurity, Application Security, and Network Security
  • Experience in Information Security practices and policies
  • Expertise in Security Operations and incident response
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications
