We are looking for a well-organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to manage walk-in customers, receive UPS and inverter units for repair/service, and handle incoming phone calls. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our customers and ensure a smooth and professional customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receive UPS and inverter units from customers for service or repair, and log relevant details (model, serial number, fault reported, etc.).
  • Issue service receipts and maintain accurate records of received equipment.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls to the appropriate department or technician.
  • Provide basic information to customers regarding product services, estimated timelines, and repair status.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for equipment status updates and relay information to customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
  • Follow up with customers regarding service completion and delivery/pickup.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Office Management or Administration preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in front desk or customer-facing roles (experience in electronics or technical support field is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of UPS and inverter products is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and phone handling systems.
  • Good communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus).

Working Hours:

  • Occasional overtime may be required during high service volume.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs15, Rs25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
