About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support & Sales Executive who can manage both inbound and outbound calls while providing outstanding support to existing customers and driving new sales from warm leads provided by the company. This role combines customer care with sales, requiring strong communication, empathy, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to warm leads and convert them into new customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring a positive experience and ongoing satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services/products.
  • Document all communications and actions accurately in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns quickly.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to management as needed.
  • Meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.

  • Sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or support is highly desirable.
