EVO9X, based in Edison, New Jersey, is a custom sportswear manufacturer that empowers individuals to design their own apparel and accessories. The company offers full design control and on-site manufacturing in New Jersey, allowing customers to work closely with designers to bring their ideas to life. Through sublimation, EVO9X produces vibrant illustrations on a range of products including shirts, hoodies, towels, and socks.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at EVO9X in Lahore. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer experience. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, maintaining phone etiquette, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Sometimes sharing content in relevant social media platforms.

Qualifications

Education : 4 years Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication or related field preferably from LUMS, LSE, BNU, IBA or FC University.

Excellent English Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers.

Computer Proficiency: Comfort with using computer systems for data entry and navigation of CRM software

Customer Support and Customer Service skills

Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience

Proficiency in Phone Etiquette

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Strong problem-solving abilities

Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus

Job Location: Y Block, DHA Phase 3, Lahore. ( Monday to Friday )

Shift: Night shift
