Female Office Administrator

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator / Personal Assistant to provide structured support in managing daily administrative workflows. This role is pivotal in maintaining organizational efficiency, driving calendar management, coordinating reminders, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage a dynamic online work calendar
- Track tasks and provide timely reminders
- Handle routine administrative duties with precision
- Draft, format, and manage documents using MS Word & Excel
- Support operational activities as required
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or personal assistance
- Strong command of MS Office (particularly Word & Excel)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and uphold confidentiality
- Must be able to work on-site.
Job Timing: 6PM to 3AM
(This is Not a Remote Based Job)
Salary Package & Benefits:
The Salary Package is PKR 50,000 to 80,000 per month
- Monthly Bonus
- Annual Paid Leaves.
- Weekends & US Holidays Off.
- Increment Every 12-Months
