We're expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Account Executive (Outbound SaaS Sales) who thrives on building new business relationships, handling high-volume outreach, and closing deals that drive impact.

Role Description

  • Drive outbound sales through a high volume of daily calls.
  • Follow up with prospects via personalized emails and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest and move deals forward.
  • Hold engaging discovery calls to uncover customer needs, position BuildAI solutions, and handle objections effectively.
  • Manage the full outbound sales cycle, From prospecting and pitching to closing qualified opportunities.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records in the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/Pipedrive), ensuring full visibility into pipeline activity and forecasting.
  • Coordinate with extended teams to create holistic account approaches, ensuring strong customer impact and consistent achievement of sales objectives.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including outreach volume, meetings booked, pipeline creation, and closed revenue.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in SaaS sales, outbound calling, or account executive roles.
  • Proven success in cold calling and closing sales in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and consultative selling skills.
  • Comfortable handling high call volumes and maintaining resilience under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
  • Bonus: Experience selling automation, AI, or SaaS solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preffered
