Generate real-time Sales Tax digital invoices in compliance with FBR regulations.

Reconcile Sales Tax digital invoices with branch data on a monthly or fortnightly basis to ensure accuracy.

Assist in preparing and uploading invoices through the FBR Digital Invoicing System, maintaining compliance and correctness.

Collect monthly purchase invoices from the factory, prepare detailed records in Microsoft Excel, and reconcile them with the FBR portal.

Record journal entries related to PESSI, POS, and Sales Tax.

Prepare PESSI, POS, and Sales Tax challans and ensure timely submission of payments to the respective authorities.

Obtain sales data from the Sales Department to prepare Sales Tax invoices for key accounts.

Coordinate with multiple branches to obtain Sales Tax data and assist in generation of invoices through system-integrated software linked with the FBR portal.

Collaborate with the Sales Department and branch offices to resolve discrepancies in Sales Tax invoices.

Assist in reconciling tax ledgers and maintaining accurate documentation.

Stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Maintain tax records in both hard and soft formats in an organized and secure manner.

Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by management
